The Grand | New Albany Indiana Wedding | Caitlin & Austin

Caitlin and Austin had anticipated this day for so long. The linens were pressed, the candles were lit, and the flowers were placed so precisely. Family and closest friends traveled to The Grand to walk the red carpet and find their seats for what was promised to be a grand event. It was the show of Happily Ever After, starring Caitlin & Austin. The day had finally arrived where two souls would officially be united as one. 

The morning had begun with cloudy skies and rain. Just ten minutes before Caitlin’s portraits, the sun shined down on downtown New Albany, and we were able to capture Caitlin in front of these gorgeous white doors…

Catherine Jones Kung did an amazing job on Caitlin’s make-up and hair…

Austin and his groomsman spent the morning at Churchill Downs sipping mint juleps and watching the ponies…

Clean cut navy suits, in a rustic alley. Opposites do attract..

The Grand was once an old theater, which sets the perfect tone for a wedding…

After the ceremony, we ventured to mansion row for bride and groom portraits and found the perfect home that complimented Caitlin’s gorgeous gown and Austins navy tux…

Caitlin’s Father gave a speech that was not just heartwarming, but comical…

The wedding reception continued on with words of encouragement that were spoken…
