Lauren & Tanner’s November wedding day began at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, in New Albany. The air was thrumming with nervous excitement as Lauren and her bridesmaids prepared their hair and makeup, with laughter echoing off the walls. Lauren made her way to the sanctuary for a private moment with Tanner before walking down the aisle to his smiling face.
As the ceremony unfolded, I became a silent observer, documenting the sanctity of the vows and the overflowing joy on Lauren and Tanners faces.
The reception at The Refinery brought the clinking of glasses during the toasts and the heartfelt speeches filled with tears and laughter. And of course the uninhibited dancing by all that were present. All of which are moments I strive to freeze in time.
Tanner & Lauren were ushered out the door by a blanket of confetti, excited and ready to begin their married life together.
