The moment I met Laken on a Derby shoot for Today’s Woman Magazine, I knew right away that she was full of fun and spunk. When she asked me to document her wedding day at Huber’s Lakehouse in Borden, Indiana I was thrilled, because I knew of the fun that would ensue. The excitement she had when she spoke of her fiancé Joey and her friends was affirmation of my assumption. The bridal party, family, and friends brought the energy for the evening indeed. From the group portraits, to walking down the isle, to the reception introductions the energy and surprises never stopped. Guest young and old took to the dance floor to celebrate Joey and Laken tying the knot, and a memorable celebration was written.
