Wedding Invitation: Roxanne & Clinton

From the very first interaction with Roxanne over the phone, I knew I would enjoy working with her.  Then I met her and Clinton in person, and my first impressions were validated. They are both genuine in who they are as individuals, as well as a couple.

I am honored to have the opportunity to capture Roxanne and Clintons wedding, and I was thrilled to be involved in the process of creating their wedding invitations. There are so many pieces of a wedding day, and the invitations are only one essential piece of the puzzle and equally as important as the other pieces. Invitations set the tone of what guests are to expect on the wedding day and also help them prepare for the event. On top of that, the invitation is formally inviting others to share in your love story.

As a wedding photographer, it is easy to be seen as only that. For me, being a Louisville Wedding Photographer I enjoy the rare opportunities when I get to work with a bride outside of capturing their special day with my camera. Through the process I learn so much about my brides, that it deepens the my desire to tell their love story.  And I will be the first to admit, that I’m an admirer of a good love story.

Curating a wedding day, the warm smiles in a family session, and the excitement of a graduating senior are all the aspects of this career that I love. I believe that pictures are much more than a snapshot for the day; they are the key to never letting a wonderful memory fade.
